Original Image

This is the original Image for my Banksy Piece. To make the Banksy piece I need to convert myself into a graffitti styled image. I cut myself out of the picture then placed myself onto a brick wall.I then used the 'Darken' Layer effect to make the cut out look like graffiti on the wall.



My Banksy Piece

This is my Banksy piece. I wanted to go with an iconic idea of peace. To add a sense of 'Force' to the image. I used the peace symbol and darkened it onto the wall and also did the same with a gun and flower to add to the irony that peace is being used as a weapon. The force is rather oppressive rather than physical in this as it is protesting war with the use of peace symbols in place of what would be violent, e.g. The flower instead of a Bullet.

I rather like Banksy's style of art however I doubt that I will continue this as it isn't the way I want to go with force.
